Generate Leads and Booth Traffic

Greet Annual Meeting attendees with a cup of coffee in the Exhibit Hall. Coffee will be distributed during breaks and lunch. Your company name, logo, and/or booth number can be placed on coffee sleeves for all of the breaks.

Hotel key cards for both the official Annual Meeting host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.

Price includes production, single-sided.     

Place a banner ad in the mobile app attendees will see frequently.  Most attendees will be opening their mobile app many times a day to check session times and locations, plus other valuable information they wish to find.  Your message will be on a rotating banner ad on their access pages.

Your ad will:

• Draw attention to your brand or message
• Link to your dedicated page within the app where you can expand upon the message
• Provide valuable information on your company's display location or other company data
• Provide an opportunity for a call to action
• Be accessible for weeks before the Assembly and many months after the event is over

Optional multi-media streaming for $250.00 additional.  Ads rotate approximately every 5-8 seconds.

The Passport Program directs attendees to your booth in the exhibit hall.  When attendees get their passport card stamped by participating exhibitors they are eligible for special prize drawings in the exhibit hall.  Reach your audience with this special and fun program by sponsoring a prize.

Reach out to Conference registrants before they travel to the show and highlight your product/service.  Provide a mailer with a call-to-action to come by your display or to attend your Education Theater.  This is a great opportunity to provide your booth number and a special reminder to check out your featured promotion.
