AANN has created key sponsorship levels to acknowledge important sponsors that wish to take advantage of packaged benefits to maximize exposure to AANN members and Annual Meeting attendees. The listing shown represents some of the benefits available and ways your sponsorship will be acknowledged.

Beverage Breaks
Beverage breaks are highly anticipated by the attendees during conference breaks as a means to refuel and refresh. Stations will be placed in the exhibit hall, driving both traffic and visibility through signage.
Your sponsorship during this high traffic time will be acknowledged with a sign acknowledging your support and providing excellent visibility for your organization.
Charging Stations
Grab the attention of attendees and provide a great service! A charging station offers a convenient area for attendees to charge their devices. Each station contains 4 individual charging sides with cabling for most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and placed in a high-traffic area. Price includes production.
Industry Posters

Present your industry poster and receive recognition as a Bronze Level Sponsor. This includes a 10' x 10' booth space, a board in the Industry Poster area, Passport Program participation, recognition on signage, the conference mobile app, pocket guide, and booth furnishings.

Opening Reception (Exclusive)
The Annual Meeting Opening Reception is highly anticipated by the attendees as a time to celebrate the profession with their peers, re-connect with acquaintances, and network with others in the field.
Your exclusive sponsorship during this high traffic time will be acknowledged with:
- sponsorship of all of the food and/or beverage stations throughout the Exhibit Hall during the Thursday evening reception with cocktail napkins and signage
- Acknowledgment in the Program App and a push notification through the app with your message during the reception
Tech Corner
Charging table for your portable devices with guidance on downloading materials. Recognition on the table directing attendees to your booth.
Tote Bag Insert
Connect with leaders in the field of neuroscience at the Annual Meeting by having your literature provided directly to attendees. Participation gets your materials into the hands of attendees early as they arrive onsite. The bag insert will provide a physical messaging piece for an early impression and call-to-action to visit your display or sponsored event. The bag insert is placed into the conference tote bag that all attendees will receive as they check in at Registration for the conference.
