AANN has created key sponsorship levels to acknowledge important sponsors that wish to take advantage of packaged benefits to maximize exposure to AANN members and Annual Meeting attendees.  The listing shown represents some of the benefits available and ways your sponsorship will be acknowledged.

Gain exposure of your brand every time an attendee looks up to see the aisle they are looking for in the Exhibit Hall.  Each aisle in the hall will have a 2-sided hanging sign designating the aisle number for that row.  A company logo can be added to the sign for highlighting your support of the Annual Meeting.

 Aisle signs are approximately 48" wide x 96" tall.

Get maximum branding on the conference tote bags that most attendees carry throughout the Annual Meeting.  Not only does each attendee see their bag constantly, but the impact is magnified dramatically with all of the bags visible during crowd movement.

Beverage breaks are highly anticipated by the attendees during conference breaks as a means to refuel and refresh.  Stations will be placed in the exhibit hall, driving both traffic and visibility through signage.

Your sponsorship during this high traffic time will be acknowledged with a sign acknowledging your support and providing excellent visibility for your organization.  

Grab the attention of attendees and provide a great service!  The charging lounge offers a branded kiosk or charging ports built into furniture for attendees to charge their devices and contains cabling or USB power which correspond to most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and includes a surrounding comfortable seating area for the attendees to relax and network while charging. The Charging Lounge would be prominently located in a public area of the AANN section of the hotel.  Price includes production and specialty furniture.

Grab the attention of attendees and provide a great service!  A charging station offers a convenient area for attendees to charge their devices. Each station contains 4 individual charging sides with cabling for most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and placed in a high-traffic area. Price includes production.  

Greet Annual Meeting attendees with a cup of coffee in the Exhibit Hall. Coffee will be distributed during breaks and lunch. Your company name, logo, and/or booth number can be placed on coffee sleeves for all of the breaks.

Escalator clings are available for your company to display its message prominently while attendees move between meeting rooms and session halls. Escalator sets are in the Convention Center, with multiple choices between the meeting room floors and exhibit hall. Graphics on two outer railings per escalator set (approx. 200 sq. ft.).  Multiple locations available.

Get right in front of your target audience with this highly visible option!  One floor cling – approximately 3' x 3'– can be placed on the floor directly at the top or bottom of the escalator that will take attendees between floors where educational sessions, Registration, and the Exhibit Hall will be located.

Attendees love to have pictures taken with colleagues and friends at the Funtime Foto Booth by the popular AANN booth.  A backdrop with your logo included is provided along with fun props for attendees to ham it up and then post to social media and sending to friends, increasing exposure of your brand.  Your organization will also be acknowledged on signage at the Funtime Foto booth.

Free-standing advertisements—approximately 96"h x 39”w and double-sided—will be placed in high-traffic areas of the hotel, offering a great opportunity to promote your company’s message and booth location. Multiple locations available. Price includes production, installation, and removal.

Drive traffic to your booth when you prominently display your company’s branding at the popular portrait studio in the exhibit hall where attendees line up to have free professional portraits taken. There will be a sign acknowledging your support at the Headshot Headquarters display, plus attendees must come to your booth to get their passport card punched, generating leads and booth traffic.  As a bonus, Passport Program participation is included. 

Hotel key cards for both the official Annual Meeting host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.
